Relax in the Cool Mountain Air up in the Tall Pine Trees of Torreon!

Make some memories in this gorgeous two story treehouse cabin nestled in the tall pines of Show Low, Arizona on the Torreon Tower Golf Course! It features 2 living rooms, 2 master bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms, two guest bedrooms, two guest bathrooms, an arcade plus a loft for the kids! With a lower elevated deck and an upper balcony among the treetops, it offers a vacation unlike any other! Per new association rules, Torreon amenities may be available for an extra fee.

"MAGICAL"

The most common word used to describe this special place by all who enter here is... "MAGICAL"! As you enter, the nondescript entrance gives way to a grand living room and your eye is immediately drawn to the pristine mountain golf course valley and surrounding treetop views out every window. Every guest typically heads straight out the back doors to the towering balcony to take in the views and breath in the cool mountain air before exploring everything else this one-of-a-kind experience has to offer!   

Upstairs 

Upstairs, you'll find the grand living room with a floor to ceiling mountain inspired stone fireplace. Watch the abundant local wildlife as you enjoy your meals at the oversized dining room table surrounded by picture windows. Make memories in the ample equipped kitchen while the family sits at the bar top counter overlooking the kitchen. Upstairs, you will also find a guest bedroom with a queen bed, closet and dresser with a private entrance to the guest 3/4 bath. Finally, on the upstairs main floor you will find the master suite with private balcony access, a gas fireplace and a private master bathroom with a walk in closet. The spacious spa-like bathroom features a separate shower with a rain shower head. The oversized soaking tub features windows to the treetops that feel like you could reach out and touch. As a bonus, head up to the loft above the garage for a kid friendly, private space that they'll love! The room features two separate twin beds and one L-shaped couch that converts to a double bed.


Upstairs

Downstairs 

Downstairs, you'll find a large open living room with ample couch seating and a huge television. Equipped with blankets and pillows, the space is perfect for a family movie night. There is also a game table and a closet full of board games to entertain the whole family. Of course, the family room also features wall to wall windows to take in the mountain views. Go through the french doors to the downstairs elevated deck for a more secluded outdoor space that is great for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon nap on the large hammock. Downstairs, you will find a spacious second master bedroom with a luxurious king bed, two closets and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a huge soaking tub. Downstairs you will also find a guest bedroom with a queen bed, two closets and a private entrance to a full guest bath. As a bonus downstairs, you'll find the well equipped arcade with free to play arcade games. The arcade features everything from digital pinball to thousands of classic arcade and console video games on 5 different standing arcade consoles.

Rates 

  • Rates start at $325 per night and vary based on demand throughout the year. Click "Book Now" above to check the rates for your stay. 
  • Minimum Stay starts at 2 nights, but vary throughout the year. 
  • Cleaning Fee is $250 per stay to sanitize the property and linens after your stay. 
  • Damage Deposit is $250 authorized on your credit card to cover unintentional damage or excessive cleaning fees. At check out, this authorization is canceled if no damage is noted. 
  • Payment is due at time of booking. Payment can be made securely right here on our website via major credit card. 
  • Cancellation Policy:

    100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 45 days before arrival or earlier.

    50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 days before arrival or earlier.

    0% refundable if canceled after.

House Rules

The Treehouse is our family vacation home and we are excited to share it with you! It is located in a quiet neighborhood where we desire to be good neighbors. To that end, we do have a few house rules and guidelines for guests.

1. No parties or events of any kind are allowed. No noise above 75Db. The home is equipped with a sound sensor that notifies the host when sound exceeds this threshold.
2. No smoking or vaping.
3. No pets. (Our daughter has severe allergies.)
4. No guests other than those listed in your rental application or approved in writing by the host. No more than 12 people in the home at any time. The home is equipped with a device that notifies the host when occupancy exceeds this number.
5. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. No outdoor music or loud conversations during these hours.
6. Be respectful of all furnishings and amenities including those in the arcade. They are meant to be enjoyed, but not abused.
7. The golf course and it's pathways are private property and off limits to any use other than golf. (Their rule, not ours.)
8. Please do not rearrange furniture. The wood floors are easily damaged by moving furniture.
9. No food or drink in bedrooms.
10. Please respect Check in and Check out times.
11. Please take all household trash to the community dumpster at check out. (See check out instructions)
11. Please rinse all dishes, load them in the dishwasher and start it before you leave.
12. The home has several outdoor cameras that monitor the property 24/7 including a video doorbell. The home also has two indoor cameras that record only when the alarm is armed and one minute after it is disarmed. They are located in the living rooms upstairs and down. You may cover or unplug the indoor cameras during your stay. Do not tamper with, unplug or otherwise disable the outdoor cameras. 
13. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
14. The Torreon Treehouse is nestled in the tall pines on the edge of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forrest. The remote location means that infrastructure like wifi and even power can be spotty at times. Although rare, short-term interruptions in wifi and/or electricity have happened.
15. The property is consistently serviced by modern pest control companies. However, the location makes it nearly impossible to completely eliminate pests. Although rare, the occasional common household insect may be spotted indoor.
16. The HOA prohibits on-street parking. Please be sure all vehicles are parked safely in the driveway.
17. Due to new HOA rules, unfortunately, the use of Torreon community amenities are not included with the rental.
18. Violation of any of these rules may result in expulsion from the property without refund of any fees including unused room night fees at the owners sole discretion without recourse.
19. By renting the property, you expressly agree to be legally bound by these rules, terms and conditions.
